Welcome to East Bay Community Recovery Project

Serving Bay Area communities since 1989. This is our first post, and mostly, I want to say welcome!  East Bay Community Recovery Project (EBCRP) was founded in 1989 and has been a leading provider of mental health, substance use and HIV and AIDS services in Alameda County.  We offer treatment in an outpatient setting and have a residential program for mothers.  EBCRP has offices in West Oakland, Downtown Oakland, and Hayward, California - all easily accessible by car and public transportation.
