East Bay Housing Organizations (EBHO) is a 28-year-old membership non-profit organization, founded in 1984, dedicated to working with communities in Alameda and Contra Costa counties to preserve, protect and expand affordable housing opportunities through education, advocacy, and coalition building.

No doubt there is tremendous joy in helping others. The only thing more joyful is watching someone learn to help themselves. This short video by David Morange introduces us to Elliot, a FACT resident partner who learns to make the most out of what is offered and seems to surprise himself with how much he has changed.

Thanks to the Mental Health Services Act - Proposition 63, we are able to provide care to some of the hardest to reach men and women in Alameda County. This wonderful video highlights the FACT program headquartered at East Bay Community Recovery Project.
