Construction Update for the New Project Pride

Renovation efforts to rehabilitate a vacant single-room occupancy hotel into a sustainable permanent home for Project Pride have continued.  Construction of the new facility, which intends to restore the property to it’s original historical facade, should be complete by Summer of 2012.

EBCRP has partnered with Affordable Housing Associates (AHA) to rehabilitate a vacant single-room occupancy hotel into a sustainable permanent home for Project Pride. Demolition of this blighted property began in February and will be completed by the end of May. Construction of the new facility, which intends to restore the property to it's original historical facade, will be complete by Summer of 2012.

PPW (Parenting and pregnant women)

Parenting and Pregnant Women (PPW) is a new program that is part of Project Pride and offers families enhanced services that focus on building safe support networks, job readiness and improving communication.
