Celebrating with Judge Carol Brosnahan
On March 2nd, members of Alameda County’s Adult Forensic Behavioral Health and EBCRP’s Transitional Assertive Community Treatment programs celebrated with Behavioral Health Court Staff Judge, Carol Brosnahan. Judge Brosnahan was awarded the Rose Bird Memorial Award for excellence as a jurist and longstanding and/or groundbreaking public service and as an inspiration to women lawyers in California.
Judge Brosnahan has presided over the Behavioral Health Court since it’s inception in August of 2009. For almost a decade she has been a faithful advocate for those with mental health issues.
