East Bay Community Recovery Project is a non-profit organization in Alameda County that aims to reduce the impact of substance abuse in our community. We have offered a wide range of programs since 1989. We provide or arrange comprehensive, high quality services that address the full spectrum of needs: treatment, education, medical care and housing. We currently have two locations in Alameda County, Oakland and Hayward.
