PREP Alameda is looking for clients

PREP, a new collaboration in Alameda County, is looking for clients. PREP's mission is to transform the treatment of psychosis by intervening early and delivering effective treatment. They assist youth and young adults, ages 16-24, who have experienced a recent onset of psychosis.

What is psychosis? Early warning signs include unusual ideas or behaviors, seeing, hearing, smelling or tasting things that are not there, feelings of paranoia or extreme power or trouble speaking or understanding what others are saying.  If you are concerned about yourself, or someone you know, give the staff at PREP a call.
