Outpatient Programs

The Outpatient Services Division serves clients with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, and clients who are at high risk for contracting or have a positive diagnosis of HIV, and/or Hepatitis C.  

We provide high quality services which address the full spectrum of needs: treatment, education, medical care, housing and employment.Realizing that hunger and transportation are an everyday challenge for our clients, many of our programs provide bus and BART vouchers, meals on site, food vouchers, and limited groceries clients can take home.

We work with clients at our own sites located in Oakland, and Hayward, as well as in a variety of locations throughout the larger community. In addition, we contract with local, state and federal criminal justice agencies to provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services.  EBCRP has been providing co-occurring treatment since 1989.
