The Research and Evaluation Division design and conduct research and evaluation studies and provide technical assistance to researchers throughout East Bay Community Recovery Project and other organizations. Our goal is to gather and report information on client needs, services received, satisfaction with EBCRP services, and behavior change related to treatment.

Rehabilitation outcomes for people with psychiatric disabilities are influenced by the effectiveness of the people, programs and service systems with which the consumer interacts. By analyzing personnel (people), programs and systems, the rehabilitation process can be more effectively investigated, used and changed.
