East Bay Community Recovery Project works with adult men and women who are on Probation or Parole, currently incarcerated, or under Petrial supervision.
In addition to substance use counseling, we provide clinical case management and referrals to other support services.

EBCRP partners with Alameda County Behavioral Health Care to provide pre release services for male inmates at Santa Rita Jail who have co-occurring disorders. The program, formerly called Breaking the Chains, is now called Transition to Treatment. EBCRP has worked with this fragile population at Santa Rita for the past 10 years.

The Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) program provides housing and intensive wraparound supportive services to persons who are challenged living independently in the community due to severe mental health, substance use, and incarceration issues. TrACT is similar in scope but is managed by Alameda County Behavioral Court. FACT and TrACT are a full service partnerships providing a comprehensive array of services to program partners.
